Not for Honda Fit
This does not work with Honda Fit. The cylinder notch does not align and will not operate the lock. You can’t know this until you completely disassemble the door and cylinder. Do not buy this for Honda Fit

Was fantastic product and fit very well in the car and I received the order at the time good service

Fits my 2006 honda accord coupe
Had to use a file to sand one of the tabs down on the car handle but after I did the lock cylinder slid in and secured easily lock functions properly with no issues. Haven't tried to use the passenger cylinder but it looks like it could work so one breaks I have a spare 👍
