Great little keyboard that works with batteries and plugged in. But mainly the customer service is fantastic, unfortunately the first one I bought had a stuck key and they sent a new one out once I contacted them showing the issue, great service!

The user manual is not good, and a piano simulation should have a sustain pedal (or at least a socket t take one). Sounds quite good for the price, but built in speakers have very little low frequency response. Since I'm expecting to use it with an external amplification system, the built-in frequency response is less critical. For the price the full-sized keys and dynamic response are good. Perhaps it's just me who is trying to use it for something it wasn't designed for. ls packed well, without being flight case protected

I'm very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this keyboard. The keys are nicely weighted and for the price range the sound quality is exceptionally good. I'll be using this a lot! You'll probably want an extension lead as the power supply lead is quite short, and if you use headphones often you might want to get better quality headphones and a quality microphone. This keyboard is an exceptionally good buy for children, beginners and even more experienced players. It's light enough to go on your lap, and plays very well! Beats the competition at this price range hands down! Buy it while you can. It's 6th in Amazon's best seller list for electronic keyboards and first best seller for a cheaper 61 key keyboard! Enough said!

Great quality well recommended

Although my dad wanted something inexpensive to play around on, we weren't expecting something so badly made. The sound quality was terrible - the volume, even at its highest was ridiculously low, even the TV drowned it out. The functions convoluted and clunky with cheap buttons. On top of this various keys kept sticking. It came with a pointless mic and very basic toy-like headphones. Overall very disappointing. Maybe we just got a dud. However, returned and refunded.

Bought for my 11 year old daughter, she absolutely loves it, large size, great sound and comes with headphones for when the rest of us don't want to hear it! Fantastic for the price, highly recommended

Was exactly what I needed to link with my Quest 3 Piano Vision. Nearly 12 months in, the charging port started smoking and sparking… at risk of a fire. Not sure why it happened so a little disappointed
