Is this a universal fit? Would it fit a ktm690/701 husqvarna?

If the fuel tank's filler cap is flush with tank top, I would give it a try. If the filler cap protrudes, the tank bag's front mounting straps are not spread apart enough to go around the filler neck and cap and forward on top of the tank to the steering neck, necessary for a secure and proper mounting. I found this out trying to mount it to an IMS 4.9 gallon tank. The wedge shape of the bag did work well with the IMS rear slope, and the capacity and features were welcome compared to other similar bags on the market.

Does this have a port for a power cable?

There is a gaskets open on the bag but there is no actual port. You could pass a charging cable thru the opening.

Will the clear map pocket fit an iPad Air 2?

I just tried fitting my iPad 6 (9.25" x 6.5") in it and not even close. Externally measuring the size of the pocket, it looks like 7.5" x 6.5". However, the thickness of any insert might reduce those values a touch.
