Excellent work.. elegant, basic and simple design but sturdy for household use

Beautiful design on solid wood. Excellent post sales service by the manufacturer. After few initial ping pong on replacement of a part, it finally settled to a satisfactory ending. Some inputs, which I feel may be a lot improvement on the structural strength of the product, without putting in much of additional effort and investment. 1. The legs beneath the boxes should be aligned with armrest rather than putting them at the end. Will increase the structural strength of the sofa. 2. A horizontal cross bar has been installed in the middle of the three seater unit (as shown in the shared images), the same is not installed in the single seater unit (not sure if it's the way it is designed or a deficiency in the product delivered to me). This difference leaves something amiss as the units look out of sync, if kept in a line. 3. The seating base, in case of 1-seater unit, is supported on 8mm ply board sitting on thin outer frame, which looks bit edgy as the plyboard may sag over time. The 3-seater unit has two vertical wooden bars, which looks insufficient. An additional horizontal cross bar might have given more strength to the product. Overall, I am satisfied with the product but these small improvements would have made the product really great and totally worth the cost paid. The team of "Home Furnitures" is great. Thanks to Amazon too for helping in resolving the deviations in the product - delivered initially.

Product is gud no doubt but The sitting cushion of the chair has gone flat and is no longer comfortable. Please look into it.

This is the best thing I ever bought from Amazon. Pros: 1. Really solid wood. Not teak but definitely strong one, wont break easily. 2. Looks amazing 3. Easy to install 4. Sleek and simple design 5. Affordable 6. Hand rest at perfect height Hopefully it will last long. Seats are hard but I think ergonomically, ought to be that way. I was thinking to buy either a solid wood or cloth sofa set. I found this looking really good and sleek. Neatly packed and arrived on time. Being solid wood, it can be easily repaired which is not the case with non-solid-wood ones. If any issues, have to replace entire cloth and could cost a fortune.

Terrible delivery experience with Delhivery! The product itself is good, but the delivery associate's behavior was appalling. They demanded money like it was their right, and when I gave them some, they still weren't satisfied. The associate even threatened me, saying they'd make sure I wouldn't get my next delivery easily. It's shocking that a reputable company like Delhivery has such unprofessional delivery personnel. The associate's attitude and behavior completely overshadowed the quality of the product.

Sofa is well built and has a nice side flap that functions as a mini table. Sofa cushioning is a bit hard, but will probably soften over time. In addition, the assembly is a bit rough due to slight alignment issues at joins, but nothing that can't be solved with some effort.
