Already broke, but the company stood behind their product
The rope broke today...I was hopeful it would last a long time...Up Date - the refunded my money when they saw the pictures of the rope. It didn't make sense to either of us. they stood behind their product and refunded my money. Thank you!

Works well, but details over looked
Overall it worked as expected. Very pleased. However, the wire cable was poorly constructed. Wire threads were sticking out of the crimp sleeve. One stabbed me a few times in my hand. It also tore my son's $160 columbia jacket. You can still see the orange fabric in it. Debating on requesting a new one or refunding it and get another brand. We put the dangerous end on the pulley. It could hurt a dog's neck if someone didn't notice it.

Exposed sharp wire at crimp
Love the product work great however I have stabbed myself twice with the drop cable. Where the cable is crimped has sharp wire exposed. I had to cover so it didn’t cut the dogs. Disappointing.

Works good but caution so you don't cut yourself
It does do what it's supposed to, and works perfectly but the smaller part that hooks up to the dog collar has metal pieces sticking out and I have cut my finger a few times. I now know where it is and avoid it but I will have to replace that part with something else.
