1st it comes with a high pressure regulator, so most people have a learning curve compaired to the std regulated bbq type stoves out there. If you adjust the air flow and gas pressure properly, you end up with a large range of cooking heat anywhere from less than 1000 BTU's to probably 30,000 BTU's. I love how light & small it is, along with the great heat range it is absolutely Perfect! for our camping trips. Along with a skillet we can cook anything we want. I gave it 5 stars because even though it is on the low quality end of things, it does come with a regular and everything you need minus a gas bottle, THE PRICE IS RIGHT!

I bought this portable gas burner stove for use on my patio and was really disappointed — it actually caused a fire hazard. When I first used it on my table, the heat was so intense that it scorched and burned the surface, leaving marks and even charring the finish. It didn’t feel safe at all.

First of all there is no instructions included and you must try various combinations of adjustments. The screws are easy to figure out where they belong. The bolt is the only issue and that screws in before the flame knob. You must put this in fairly deep to limit the amount of oxygen or else the flame will not be sustained. Once you have this setup, it will be pretty stable. I bought it to cook outside to deep fry and to stir fry on a nice day. Unfortunately, the top brackets are not evenly cut and the wok will rock some. However, to buy a stove just for wok cooking is very expensive. This is a pretty good alternative. Not perfect buy good enough. Update: I added a wok ring by using inexpensive stainless steel tie downs to the sides of burner. This works very well and very stable. See attached picture.

Let me first say that Amazon tried to help by getting YP to send instructions...YP sent the instructions 2 days later... As you can see in the photo they explain where all the parts connect, which I was able to figure out before I received the instructions on day one...The problem was the large screw "a" into hole on burner head #2 was they don't tell you how far to screw it in. I contacted YP again to address this question and after 3 days I still have no answer from them. This is where an operating instruction manual could clear up a lot of guesswork...Guesswork may be ok for a flower pot or a screwdriver, but on something that uses highly flammable fuels, it is very risky...Myself being like most men who work with grills and other fuel-burning equipment like mowers and chainsaws proceeded to put this together without instructions...The problem I ran into was Bolt "a". I just guessed how far to screw it in because I had no instructions. Well, I nearly set myself on fire when I lit the stove because instead of the fire coming out of burner head #2s burner it was blowing out between the gas valve and the burner assembly straight into my pants...I stepped back from the unit and quickly turned off the valve on my propane tank itself...That is when I called amazon and they got YP to send instructions, but as you can see they don't mention how far to screw in bolt "a"...I finally figured out on mine if I screwed bolt "a" in with about 3/8" from the bottom of the bolt head to burner assembly the stove worked ok...It took me several adjustments to get to that point all the while keeping my free hand on the propane tank valve...I don't recommend this method, especially if it's already beer30...I see where some people questioned the legs not being even, mine were the same, but the metal is thin enough that you can bend the frame to make it sit level. I couldn't recommend this stove to anyone even though I am going to keep mine since I have the bugs worked out...Buy at your own risk...
