Great tool performs well if you know how to use it. I use it twice a month for the past 10 months no problems

I bought it almost a year .now it is broken.try to contact the seller . It is have 1 year warranty. But they dont sell it . Not contact information. Don’t know what should I do. Do not buy it. Better buy it in the shop with warranty. They fix for you. Do not like me waste your money and time

Kinda disappointed. As anyone in the HVACR trade knows our tools can be and often are, damn expensive. So when you come across a tool that seems like a good value you want to give it a try. That was the thought with buying this tubing expander. Used it today for the third time since I bought it on a system change out and it failed on a 3/8 line.Unit just wouldn't work, some internal issue that I wasn't about to look into in the middle of a job. The kicker as always it's outside the return window for Amazon, so I'm stuck with it.I'll take the unit apart and post the findings later.Final thoughts, if it held up it would be awesome for the money. but, since it failed especially in the middle of a job I'd recommend going with one of the big names. It's unfortunate since these are pretty simple tools in design. It's just a hand held hydraulic pump. But, hey it iswhat it is.**Update**So, I stripped the unit apart, didn't find any obvious issues. All parts seem fine though the internal machining Is a little rough. Used some O ring safe grease in all the seals to help prevent oil pressure bypass. Added some new oil (just used to air tool oil I had in me garage) and tested. To my surprise it's working again, used it on one job since the failure.Still don't know why it originally failed, could be it was low on fluid from factory (didn't notice any leaks) or maybe loss of pressure from a poorly machined surface, anyways I'd still get something more reputable.
