Q: Do you have to reseason after every use?

I don't re-season between uses. I brush the pan off with a brass grill brush and wipe with a paper towel and tiny amount of olive oil if needed. This is not my favorite for pizza though because the ergonomics of sliding topped dough off a pizza peel onto a preheated super-hot pan are problematic; the raised rim simply doesn't allow a shallow enough angle of attack. I like the results I get when I heat the pan as hot as I can (550 F, nominal) but the problem with the geometry of the rim restricts me to about a 10" pizza or things go badly sliding off the peel.

Q: Was this made in the usa? how was it seasoned?
