After receiving this product I excitedly plugged it into my LG V20. At first everything seemed to be great, until I twisted my wrist and this happened (check picture). I quickly contacted the manufacturer who told me I must have received a faulty product and that they would send me a new one. That was over a month ago. Since then I've contacted them once more and they assured me it was on its way. If it ever does arrive and works I'll update my review but until then:1 star for breaking.3 stars for responding quickly.1 star for not receiving it so far.

I am not happy with this wire. I have one for me and my wife. Mine is a note 8 that uses USB c, and my wife has a s7 that uses micro USB. Even though they are magnetic they are not interchangeable, so that was irritating, but not a big deal. The pins are different though so buyer beware. What really burned this for me is that the plug sticks out a bit from my phone, and I guess it got bumped too much and the magnetic portion of the plug broke off. It lasted about two weeks.

These work, but note that they do not fit flush in the phone. there is a little plastic trim ring that prevents them from seating flush with the phones exterior.Dont fit flush on a few external drives either.Same brands Micro USB ends are much much better.

Day 1 of using this product I was having issues. The USB connector in the phone began to break. I started using the 2nd cable, that one had some sort of short in it or something. It would only charge if the cable was facing with the little light facing up, and was spotty at working even then... Not a great product. I stopped using these within 48 hours of purchase.

Great product exactly as described. Only complaint (which has nothing to do with the product itself) is that USB-c doesn't lock well so the magnetic attachment doesn't stay in the phone well. But again, this is not a product flaw. The product is actually great and really well built.

There was two of these in the package and neither of them worked. The product light lit up to signify that when plugged into a connection port it was on but when I connected it to my phone, the phone would not charge. I tried connecting the cord in multiple usb ports and wall outlets, even tried different houses ! Returning for a refund !

Not the best release system magnet end sits too far in magnetic connect on cable.. so hard disconnect can still occur... End needs to be milled down slightly by a few cm. So that cable releases more cleanly . Will add pics

It looks awesom, fits seamlessly within a case, connects to a computer, and charges rapidly. I wish the cable wasnt nylon lined, metal or shielded plastic would be better imo.
