My FAVORITE cake flour
I've tried several brands of cake flour, but this one is my favored! It makes such a difference, especially when baking my go-to Sour Cream Pound Cake. Remember To Put Baking Powder In LOL
Great flour for sponges and cakes BUT YOU DEFO HAVE TO OUT BAKING POWDER IN TO MAKE IT RISE MORE because it’s so fine otherwise the sponge is more flatter and denser! Learned that the first time I used this lol 😂 Great flower and cakes and sponges etc all light fluffy and yummy :)

As a Baker I always liked to use Swans DOwn Cake Flour but it's not longer found in grocery stores. Luckily I can get it here. Although it's much more expensive I swear by its results.
