Everything You could Ever Ask For
I needed a case for my phone as, my old case was on its last legs, and it was literally falling apart. I pretty quickly found this and it seemed pretty cool, so I got it. It just arrived and I was honestly speechless. I saw the package and it was really small, like, almost no bigger than my phone. I noticed the fact that the product was aimed at being eco-friendly, so that was a nice plus. I opened the tiny package and then all that was there was the case, in a simple plastic bag, then I pulled the case out and was amazed by how thin it was, but it didn't sacrifice durability. In your hand the case feels incredibly light weight, but very high quality, and its very satisfying to touch. When you put the case on its cool, because it does not feel like your holding a phone with a case on, it feels like a regular phone, just without the glass backing. I have 0 complaints, it looks good, feels good, does what its supposed to, and for just around $10??? amazing I highly recommend.

you can easily crush them with a hammer
Prefect phone case in my opinion. I always go for the single layer TPU cases, it's the only type that makes sense to me.Why get a snap on plastic one, what do they even do? Prevent scratching the back of your phone? Aren't you more worried about the shock from drops? And those two layer ones with soft rubber then plastic outside, again, what's the point of the plastic? Do you really need anything more than the shock absorbing layer? I just really can't picture what the hard plastic layer achieves in either case. Even screen protectors are pointless in my opinion. It's glass. Glass is extremely resistant to scratches, especially modern glass. It's very hard material, brittle, but hard. Think diamonds: you can easily crush them with a hammer, but you'll need some kind of carbide tipped glass breaker to have a chance at scratching it. Do you put a protective cover over your windshield? Didn't think so...The TPU cases offer great shock absorbing properties, and are quite durable as well. I've used similar cases on my last three phones, and have never damaged one of them. At the same time, they are also some of the most low profile cases. Why spend big bucks on a sleek, thin phone only to bury it in an otterbox?Spidgen executes this case perfectly, it has texturing on the back for grip, and has just enough shock absorbing material to tolerate drops, but not so much that it makes the phone bulky. This is a tricky phone to design a case for due to the curved screen, but I think they did a great job of ending the case in just the right spot. They wrap it as much as possible without unintentionally covering anything. The cutout in the back for the camera/fingerprint scanner/ leds is compact but functional. The buttons, which are covered, still function perfectly. Technically the curved screen makes the phone more vulnerable, but spidgen did the best they could with the hand they were dealt. Thanks, bros!

Low profile. Well made/Fits great, like every Spigen case I've had.
Fits great, as have all my Spigen cases. This material seems to be the same formulation as my other 3 Spigen cases: It is very durable, even at the cutouts and thinner points.Fits slim and has adequate protection for coordinated people (knock on wood). No garish logos. Slight tack to the material to increase grip, but let's face it: ANYTHING would increase the grip on an S8 DRAMATICALLY. This case is nearly identical to the 'liquid crystal' in dimensions, with the main difference being the texture on the rear of the case. The camera/flash/fingerprint-sensor cutout protects well, adding ~2mm of additional clearance when laying the phone down on flat surfaces -- The edges of the opening are heavily beveled, which allows easy print-sensor access. The beveled opening also makes it much easier to find the sensor, as you now have an externally fixed guide. As far as screen protectors go, here are the inner dimensions of the front (where case contacts screen): ~64.5mm wide, by ~142.5mm long*The Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector will NOT work with this case, as the glass is ~67mm wide.

Casual and Minimal Case
So to first start off, I really do not like phone case and always take good care of my phone. I had the S6 edge for 1-2 years without case and there are minimal scratches on the back side and screen is almost scratchless. I'm an active user being on the phone.First, impression, I did not like it on day 1, but I got use to it after a week.. I only got it cause the S8 edge started to shows minor faint scratches around the edge on the back side and some minor one on the screen after ~4 months usage. No drop ever occur, just rubbing in my pocket, car leather seat or hard desktop.Pro:- Provide protection for back side. I am more open to just placing my phone on hard surface now vs. gently putting it down or have fiber cloth on surface.- There are bumps at the top front and bottom front so that the screen would never touch surface if placed face down.- Design is nice and sleek. There a good grip to is. Then again, I never felt the S8 by itself any slippery compared to others.- No fingerprint mark seen on case.- Button is tactile like they mentioned and require a tad bit more force to press.- Does not cover the edge screenCon:- Add a bit of weight to the phone. Not much, but noticeable amount,- The camera and sensor part have an opening which is necessary so if any dust were to gather, it would gather in that opening.- Any grease food, if it touch the case, may leave some oil mark that need to be clean off else they will stay.As for drop protection or any of those, I doubt it will do much, but maybe it would help for minor drop. Also, would depends on angle of the drop and the force behind it.For the texture of the case, the case itself is rubbery but it is more like hard rubber that almost feel like the surface of a plastic mouse or keyboard. It is only noticeable to be rubber if you use your fingernail to rub against it.This case is just for casual back side protection and a decent minimal looking design.
