Is there any way to permanently turn off the SOS button?

Dear customer Hello Thanks for your question This DAB Radio will sound for 9 seconds when the alarm goes off You can't turn it off permanently, as long as it's powered on, the feature will work Thank you for your support

Reviewers say no dab+ and also will not charge iphones. is this true? if so, product information should change.

Charges my iPhone 12 when plugged in. I can also receive some of the DAB+ channels but this will vary on signal strength and location I presume
