I installed this as a MASTER valve to ensure no water is in my lines when the system is not in use. Saves water IF I have a leak (and I did last month) that cost me $400 for a water leak in my irrigation line. Great deal as a leak detector is about $150-$450. $18.00 does almost the same thing.

This a great product. Just be careful if you use it with an orbit ground box. With 6 of them it's extremely tight

Faulty product! Diaphragm is perforated so valve is not functional

Had a few old Nelson valves that packed it in. I was hoping to get O-rings, but they are no longer made. So, purchased these. They are better made and appear to open and close faster than the old ones. I have 6 more to replace, but I'll wait till the spring to do those.
