I can’t live without this!! I use this on a daily basis. If I skip a day I can totally tell the difference. It helps me with my stress and calms me down throughout the day. I can definitely tell a difference in my mental focus as well. When I am ready to go to sleep I hit the pillow and get a full night sleep. The best part is I sleep throughout the night without waking up. I feel when my nerves and adrenals are calmed throughout the day it settles me down at night.

We have tried many supplements to help our son and rarely does something actually help. The difference was noticeable within hours. Transitions are smoother, much more laughter. Wish it wasn't so pricey, but one bottle will last us twoontha if not more.

After all of the great reviews I was hopeful this would work but it didn't. I wanted to find a natural route for my daughter's anxiety/ADHD but this wasn't it! Horrible taste too.

Seems to be we just started the regimen

Have been using this product on my nonverbal son for the past two years. Have not used it every day but days that he is especially having a hard time we give him and with a few minutes we see a big difference. Only recently started giving before he goes to school and he is having more good days than bad. Will recommend

I gave it to my 4 year old daughter to help her calm down faster and sleep better. First two times I gave it to her and she woke up in the middle of night and crying for belly discomfort, I’m assuming it was gas. At first I didn’t pay too much attention and thought it was a coincidence because she was also recovering from a common cold. I waited a week to give it another try, and she did the same thing, woke up in middle of the night and complained about belly discomfort. I think she may get a side effect from it and I’m not planning to give it to her any more. I gave it a two star because it really helps her to fall asleep faster. I tasted it myself it’s very sour concentrated. I mixed it in her milk and she didn’t notice it at all, which is good.
