Updated review 05/28/2022I went ahead and gave this little drill another chance after seeing so many positive reviews and I am so glad I did. The second item received was perfectly packaged in the box, all items sealed and new.I have two other e-files but this one is super small and convenient to use. It’s also quite powerful, and I really like how easy it is to see what setting you’re using from the screen. The large dial is fantastic, the pause feature is great, and the hand piece is nice and light, with no discernible vibration. All my drill bits fit with no issues, and it seems to hold a charge for a long time. I’ve used it several times and only charged it once so far.I’ve been so happy with this little drill I actually bought it again as a gift for my sister and she loves it, too. It’s very beginner-friendly and small enough to store easily. Very happy 😃Original review belowI want to start this review by stating that I don't fault the seller for this - I believe I am having an issue with my local warehouse in the area, as I've been having a *lot* of items purchased new that arrive and upon opening the packages, I find they've been previously opened and I've had to return them.With the above said, I received the item and it had obviously been opened before, and appeared to have items missing. That skeeved me out and I was too nervous to use it on my actual hands. However, I did turn it on and was happy to note it seemed really powerful for it's size. Its is really small, very quiet and it was what I was looking for - but I sent it back because it was opened and that isn't sanitary, especially in the era we're living in. I might order another in a few weeks, hopefully whatever is going on with my local Amazon warehouse works out.

I decided to purchase this electronic file in order to fulfill our minimum order requirement so my other purchases arrived same day. I didn’t think I needed a new drill since I had bought one last year to replace the first one I bought several years ago that died on me. Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I charged this file and turned it on. It is so smooth I don’t know if it’s got better control of vibrations compared to the other e-files I have purchased but it makes a world of difference let me tell you! Hopefully it’s got a long life expectancy but when it does eventually die I will re-purchase this exact one if it’s still available that’s how much I love it! It’s super easy to use, you just turn it on it defaults to the forward position and you turn the dial. If you want to change direction you just hit the button and it pauses very briefly before going in the reverse mode. If you don’t want to completely shut it off there is a pause button right underneath the rotation button which comes in handy so you can just put it down for a second while you’re working. The stylus holder attaches on both sides not just the side I showed in the picture. It holds a charge very well so far and when it does need charging charges fairly fast. Plus on top of it it’s pretty! I love it and I think you will love it also. The only negative I have is it doesn’t come with a large variety of bits so if this is your first e-file I’d suggest adding to your cart a Set of larger variety of bits.

This is my first drill and I loved it! The battery lasts, it does the job but beware she is powerful so I’ve never gone to high with her since she does the job fine at the lower settings

So far I've used this to file off 3 sets of my gel nails. I'm really impressed. The first time was a little bit of a learning curve but by the third time, it's like nothing. It gets really little hot if you hold it in one place for a while but that's how all of them are so it's not just this product. Keep it moving lol. I put pretty thick layers on with mine being gel so unfortunately I've had to switch the disposable tips out each time or else it takes foreeeever. Not the fault of the product, just a tip for people who have never used one before. I bought a bunch of high grit nail files but I won't use them unless this breaks in which case I'll definitely buy another one IF this withstands the test of time. Before this I was tearing off the gel (I KNOW I KNOW, OKAY?? 😂😂😂) and this isn't even remotely as hard on my nails. If anything it's a bit too smooth so I'll need to work on prepping a more rough texture so the gel holds better. My nails have gotten twice as long as what I was able to maintain while ruinning my nails by tearing the gel off. Maybe I'll update my review in a couple more months

I bought this for a friend's birthday. It was just to difficult for her to use with her arthritic hands.

When it worked, it worked good. I ordered it awhile ago but used, maybe 10 times, and now it won’t charge

broke in less than a year

It worked fine at the beginning but only after 7 months using it twice a month it stop working completely. Not worth the price.
