Luminous Skin Intimate Area Lightening & Brightening - Sensitive Skin Formula (Hydroquinone-free)

I bought this because I am insecure about some of the darker/more pigmented skin in my intimate area (I am a young woman), so I was hoping that this would safely light the skin there. I had high hopes for this product as the ingredients all seem relatively safe/non-toxic, and during the first application of this product to my intimate area, I felt tingling if not mild burning sensations. I know that sounds dangerous, but that's the sensation I was anticipating. However, after about a month of relatively consistent daily application of this product (it says twice a day but I didn't want to over do it, as your intimate area is very sensitive), I saw no visible results in terms of lightening the darker pigmentation.In addition to not doing anything for my skin's pigmentation, it started to leave an awful smell from that area. I would test out the odor situation by not using the product for a week, and then using it again daily - during the week off, the smell gradually went away; but when I started using this product again, the smell returned in that area. I gave this product about a month to see results, which is reasonable to me, but still nothing happened. Very disappointed in this product over all - don't waste your money.

A great lotion for lightening your intimate area! It worked and started to see results on the 2nd to 3rd week. I also combined it with the Kojic Acid soap rubbed on a small white towel during my shower routine once a day. Worth every penny, I am glad I bought this lotion as my first try. Go for it!

Not seeing much of a difference. When it dries it's a lot like having dried egg whites on your face.

Been using the product twice a day for almost 3 months and I don't see a noticeable difference, when I purchased this product all the reviews were 5 starts and too good to be true! Seems it's not true after all!

I have been using this for about two months. If it didn't show any progress I would have been okay, but it has made everything it touched WORSE! Dry, dark, rough skin where just regular soft pigmented skin used to be. At first I was like "well maybe the skin has to dry to peel off" but even after weeks of exfoliation it's just....no. Don't bother with this unless you want your knees, face, and asscrack to look dark and rough. I wish I could get my money back.

This works sloooooowwwwwwllllllyyyy. Would rather just bleach.

havent seen resulta yet its been a month

I've had this for maybe a month or two? I have not been using it as instructed (less often, went 2 weeks without even touching it). I have seen some results, I can definitely see a difference. I'm sure it would have been less subtle if I have actually been using it as directed. It does dry out your skin, as it says on the bottle but deep moisturizing lotion helps resolve that!
