Paasche Size 1 Tip for TG, TGX, RG & TS Airbrushes

A while ago I ripped the Paasche Talon airbrush in my Amazon review because of several weak points. This nozzle tip was one of the biggest bad parts of its failure. After waiting for almost a year to see if Paasche's quality control had changed and they were now marketing an acceptable quality tip I ordered 2 more replacement tips to try out. They're not bad now. Not perfect, but acceptable.The problem with the bad ones in the past was that they had ragged tips at the very top of the nozzle. This caused uneven spray and random performance. Very disappointing.Although these 2 new tips are better now I'd have to say that they are NOT up to the quality of Badger's tips ALL THE TIME.My 2 cents worth.

I dont suppose there is a lot that can go wrong with a tip. But this with its corresponding aircap and needle works well.I bought them to spray Creatix Metallics and wasn't dissapointed.It is quite an increase in paint flow, if you are accustomed to the smaller aperture setups like I was. So if you are transitioning up, and are new to it...do a rehearsal or two before you spray something important.

This tip is meant to be used with a Size 3 needle. Paint quality is great until you mess up the tip.Be careful when inserting anything into the tip, even the needle itself, as the metal is very thin there and will flare open. I've opened up the nozzle on the first needle insertion several times and had to replace the tip immediately. Rather pricey component if purchased individually and can easily add up to the cost of the airbrush if you break it repeatedly. Might also make you think the airbrush is defective until you realize it's just the tip that you broke.

This is a tip to use in combination with a size 3 needle for more paint flow. It works fine- a little expensive but will last until you lose or drop it. Be careful when cleaning it. If you put a tiny brush in there and push through the larger opening to the smaller part, if it comes out the small hole you will stretch out the thin metal and ruin the tip.

This is a good replacement part for your Paasche Talon airbrush. It works like original equipment. Buy it if it is what you need.

These tips are very fragile and easy to accidentally damage. Since I don't know much about airbrushes, I'm not sure if these are particularly fragile or not. Maybe it's the same for all airbrush tips.Anyhow, just be very careful cleaning them (you can split the very thin metal if you shove your cleaning tools in too hard) and don't drop them onto a hard surface (you can bend / distort the tip opening if it lands wrong). I did both of those things and ended up destroying two tips.

Bought this nozzle to replace my original nozzle that had a defect and did not spray properly and it works great, no problems with this one, sprays great.

Had to return the first one as it was defective. Amazon quickly replaced it and the replacement works perfectly.
