Love these.

I do believe it’s working as I do feel calm, relaxed and chilled. However I can’t compare this as it’s my first time I’m not use any alternative products. So don’t wanna give it a full star rating. But I have noticed my sleeping patterns has increased to 20% on average between 75 to 80 which is a result.

I’ve suffered with insomnia for many years, now in my late 40’s I assume it’s related to peri- menopause. I have now slept well for 7 consecutive nights and I’m pretty sure it’s because of taking the Alpha01 Ashwagandha. It’s taken quite a few weeks for them to kick in, and I finished the bottle 2 days ago. I had to buy another brand as unfortunately these ones are currently unavailable. I’m surprised that my insomnia is back immediately I switched to the new brand. The new tablets are only 300mg whereas Alpha01 ashwagandha are 1950mg! I would definitely recommend them as they’re much cheaper and more effective.

I bought this because of reviews I’m not sure how it affects others but I feel really tired when I take it I’ve taken different brands for years between 300/600 strength this seem high for one tablet I definitely won’t take 3 as recommended but I think we are all different I won’t be ordering again .

The product quality is top notch hence the rating, however my experience with this after taking for a week was horrible. I got symptoms of low blood sugar as well as dyspnea. The symptoms began after I upped to 3 tablets and have thankfully started to subside now. This won't happen to everyone and the issue is me and my strange physiology. Don't let this put you off trying this product but take it easy, one per day is plenty to begin with.

Value for money - more mg per capsule than most-higher dosage, natural dissolvable vegan capsules, every day use does not effect natural bio rhythms, i use it to keep going as my weeks are edurance with my work and long daily intense bike riding, Lloyd Alexander at Bike Soundz

I was dissapointed when I saw on the serving size said 3 tablets and not like the advertised 2 tablets. So there is only 550mg per tablet. I was only planning on taking 1 tablet a day as this bottle was for my wife too but think now it'll not be strong enough to notice anything.

first time trying, not sure if its suppose to have a smell on it, its the first day im tryong hopefully it works

smallprnt on the back says 3 capsules are needed for the given strength and that only 30 servings were in thr container. These now work out poor value for money.

Didn't really work for me and 4 pills each time is quite a pain.
