Definitely helps with lifting
It is comfortable for the most part and settles on your teeth nicely. Just keep in mind that the wall of your cheeks may get caught after you put the guard in your mouth. Does actually helping with lifting

Feels great not gritting my teeth
There are a lot of people who said it melts. Here’s how I avoided it.1. Bring water to simmer2. Pour water into empty cup3. Drop the mouth guard in water4. Keep it in water slightly less than the time given in the instructions. (I think I took mine out 5-10 secs before timer).Back to product review I love it because now it don’t grind my teeth lifting.
