Excellent comfort and support, relieving stress on the tailbone, if you sit on it properly. The gap is supposed to be UNDER your tailbone, not to the front. I realize it's counterintuitive, because the logo is backwards on the product, but that opening is designed to prevent any pressure on your tender tailbone, by elevating your posterior. If you don't need tailbone relief, you can turn it the other way, sure. Very washable, cleaning the zip-off cover in a gentle cycle, let it air dry and it comes out great. Highly recommend for dialysis patients, who must remain seated for 4 hours. I've had one of these for years, but bought another for my couch, and they retain their shape, remain thick and look great!

Its a nice feel, soft and cushy. It does feel like it will last. It definitely adds a nice padded fill but my reason for 1 less star than perfect is because after sitting on it a while and its fully compressed i dont know if its really all that much of an improvement. It does feel good right away but as i sit on it right now for over an hour i can still feel all the contact points where pressure builds while seated. I like it a lot, just didnt do enough for me.

Having sciatica problems I ordered this hoping for relief while traveling to our cabin 335 miles away. I was really impressed the very first time I used it, the discomfort was minimal upon arrival at our destination. I passed on the info to a friend who has had previous back surgeries & she was impressed.

There were some reviews saying that what they got wasn't what was advertised. Mine is fine. No synthetic smell to it, either. I find it comfortable; I'm using a hard wooden chair for work at the moment, and my butt ain't as well padded as it used to be. Well, maybe the padding is still there, but it's floppier and shifts around more, and hard seats aren't great for 8 hours a day. Anyway, I researched and read hundreds of reviews before finally buying this one. While the contours take some getting used to, I find that it does help me sit straighter, it protects my bones from the hard chair, and it keeps me from pushing forward too much on the seat. I don't experience coccyx pain, so I didn't need the cutout in the back, but I rather like the relief of pressure there. Turns out it feels better! I've been using it for 2 days now, and I find it a little hard in the first few seconds, but then it quickly softens to mold around my body. I have not found that it flattens out over hours, as some have said. I'm 5'8", about 130 pounds, so I'm not putting a lot of stress on it. It's a little less deep than I expected, and I was at first a little concerned about that, but the depth is actually fine. It's plenty wide enough to cover the chair easily, and I don't have any trouble with parts of me splooshing over. I don't find that it gets hot or that I get sweaty, but that's not usually much of a problem for me anyway. I'm more likely to run cold than hot. Although I haven't used it in the car, it's small enough and easy enough to carry that it should be quite portable. I haven't taken the cover off; I'll update this review should I need to in the future. I'm happy with my purchase.

I gave this product 3 stars because I specifically purchased it to help relieve my sciatica pain, and unfortunately, it didn’t provide the support I was hoping for. In fact, it seemed to make my discomfort a little worse. I do wish the cushion came in different sizes because one size definitely doesn’t fit all bottoms 😅. That said, I appreciate the thickness and overall quality of the cushion. The material is soft and comfortable, making it a good option for people looking for extra comfort during long drives or extended periods of sitting. I’m keeping it because the cushion itself is well-made and comfortable, and I’m hopeful it may become more useful once my sciatica pain improves. While it wasn’t the right solution for my specific needs, it may work well for others looking for general seating comfort.

This is a great cushion...I didn't use it frequently at first but realized I needed to use it more for it to conform to my bottom. After I started using it more I was able to sit more comfortably. Initially I got it for long Amtrak train rides in coach and long car trips. Worked great! Someone must have thought it was great also because they stole it on a recent journey I took by rail. I need to have this for my next trip so I ordered a second one of the exact same kind.

I've tried every cushion on the market for my scoliosis and spinal stenosis problems. And I returned all of them, except for this one. I'm so glad I didn't give up and tried this cushion. It's truly been a game changer and has brought me so much relief from pain. This cushion changed everything and brought such better quality to my life. I love it so much I bought two more so I'd have one for the house, car, and for taking into places where I have to sit for any time at all. It's the perfect size, shape, and weight. Extremely durable and holds its shape and thickness even after a couple of years of constant use. And the cover is washable. If you're considering this cushion, all I can say is take a chance and BUY IT.

The Pillow is very comfortable, I highly advice it. Whilst ordering I had some troubles with the invoice. The company replied in very few hours, and they were able to solve my problem in a very short time.

Seat cushion provide good support for long hours of use & relieves tailbone pain. A bit pricey though.

Best product to buy for back pain. I have been using it for 2 years. Best!!!!! That’s all I can say about this. 😃😇
