I got this as an internal deodorant as an esthetician who’s in her feet moving around for 8hr+ shifts and I smell soooo much better. I can go workout after my shift and not smell! I am also on a weight release journey and this has also helped me suppress my appetite I can go much longer without eating without an urge to binge or eat out of boredom. I recommend doubling up the dosage and taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night if you want a quick and obvious result. If your struggle is overeating I recommend taking 1 gummy when you feel an urge to over eat. Make sure you don’t overdo it one day I almost passed out because I was walking around in the hot sun from not eating because I forgot about my hunger! They also taste great so It’s like eating a piece of candy. They got delivered quickly and a great quality for the price and they didn’t upset my stomach taking them before eating. I’d say they start fully working after about 3 days.

I bought these a couple months ago and was taking 1 a day. I ran out and forgot to reorder. I was about to buy them again and decided to read the reviews found the comment about taking two first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for a suppressed appetite. They came this morning so I decided to do just that. I've barely eaten today and it's almost dark out. I wish I would have saw that comment months ago lol . I love these so much more now. Especially being in a calorie deficit. No update l upset stomach. Just cancels the food noise. I'm so impressed. Will purchase over and over without hesitation.

I've taken these for nearly 2 months and am getting shipped my 3rd month on subscription soon. I've just reread the reviews and most reviews i've read so far recommend taking 2 gummies twice daily to get full benefit (particularly the odor aspect). So I will try that, though I will say off the bat that they are pretty costly considering if 2-4 are required for the full effects, then one bottle does not cover a whole month.That said here is a break down:Quality: i find them gorgscruptious! they don't stick to each other like other gummy supplements i've tried. They taste so yummy to me and i also enjoy the the texture as well. My boyfriend on the other hand doesn't enjoy the flavor, like he did a different gummy we tried.energy boost: I definitely feel like my energy level has increased significantly and it's very reassuring that it has other vitamins, especially vitamin d since it's winter. I would say this has helped me along with other life changes to not be as susceptible to beating myself up over the winter blues and also it's given me a boost in my swimming class that i started bc i didn't want these supplements to go to waste lol. Take the class. Do the activity. (:appetite suppressant: I do see my appetite is perhaps a bit more regulated, but I do feel that's a combination of things, so it's difficult to pinpoint.odor: There might be a difference here, but not noticeable atm. I plan to increase my intake as recommended in the reviews just for the final insight, though it would not be cost effective for me to do this long term.

These are amazing 🤩 Taste delicious and I noticed less armpit smell after about a week on them. I am out and feel I am not as fresh without them for a week. Buying more today !

I think this product is probably beneficial, but for me probably not. All I really noticed is that I spent way more time in the bathroom, had stomach cramps, bloating.You can't really absorb nutrients when you are constantly purging your intestines...

First of all, these are delicious! Liquid chlorophyll makes me soo thirsty so I figured I would give these a try…. I am glad I did! My skin is glowing, no body odor at all after workouts. I feel the health benefits already! If you need to go 💩, take two and it’s the most gentle laxative on the planet lol worth the money! I will definitely keep these on hand!!!
