Good quality fluid that helps cutting steel a breeze.
Bought this for my horizontal metal cutting wet band saw. Works very good. Less gumming up. Flows way more nice. You can barely hear it cutting now. Glides right through the steel like nothing now. Just cut a 6 inch piece of solid steel, which was asking aloe of the machine and the fluid. Blade stayed cool, and went right through it. Threw a square on it, and to my surprise. It was perfectly square. Saw never cut that straight before, and that's with an older blade that I thought was about junk. Pretty impressed to say the least. It's concentrated, so it will make 10gals at 90/10 heavy mixture. That will last for years.

Little to no oder less mess than oil based.
I was sceptical at first. But it proved to be way better than expected. I mixed this at 7%. My intended use is on a mill and lathe machine. How ever my first use was on my metal cutting band saw. This performed extremely well. I was cutting 11ga steel 1"x1" square tube at a 45ยฐ the coolant kept the blade cool enough that there was little to no vapor from the cut. Previously I had been using WD40 it didn't do nearly as well. The WD40 would smoke and didn't cool nearly as well. The cutting with the WD40 would make a metal fragment past and a mess. The coolant kept things clean and the cut clear. The WD40 didn't allow the cutting to fall free and traveled with the band and would build up in the cut. The cut quilty is really nice. I would say that it is better than the WD40. The $40.00 dollar price per gallon up front seems to be a bit high. Seeing as how it is a consecrate you will get roughly 10 gallons of solution for your purchase price. That makes it around $4.00 per gallon. For this first time use I used a hand held pump sprayer, purchased these at Sam's Club. Worked perfectly. I plan on useing this in a flood cooling system sometime in the future. Should work extremely well. If it works with a hand sprayer it will be even better with the flood cooling system. I would recommend this to anyone who is doing any sort of metal work. Drilling, sawing, milling and lathe turning.

Dry cut vs wet cut on bandsaw.
So far so good. Always dry cut in the past but finally decided to cut with oil to see if my blades last longer. So far I've noticed a smoother cut, almost no heat and less of a bur. Common sense knows this but I held off forever. Glad I've switched to this cutting oil. I'd have maybe given a 5 star but I'm waiting to see if rust or smell becomes a big issue.

Good Machining Coolant!
I normally don't write reviews, but this stuff is awesome! You definitely don't want to cheap out on coolant as you can grow bacteria with the cheaper stuff. $52 a gallon can seem a little pricey, but you will be mixing it with water, so you'll get quite a bit before you need to buy anymore!
