This couscous is really nice and I use a lot of it. It's so easy to make up, you basically cover with boiling water ... leave for a bit then fluffy it up. I usually fry onion peas and sweetcorn and add the couscous to it.....very nice...I also use it to make sweet couscous...there are so many recipes on the internet to make.
