first of all I want to mention that this is amazing . Resistance parachute really works and is nice and big . Cones on the other hand are good quality and amazing as well as the ladder . Amazing ladder adjustable and good qualityIt comes with nails as mentioned with the ladder . Also the duffel bag is amazing qualityOVER ALL I DO RECOMMEND THIS IF YOU ARE AN ATHLETE

It’s only getting 4 because ..
It’s because literally everything is good but the ladder was a pain to put it together and the line on the left some are up but the rest are down and it’s vice versa on the right side but the cone has good quality so does the parachute
