Q: How do these compare to Viakix Sandals?

Hello, Chaco's Z/X2 Cloud sandal is made with a PU LUVSEAT footbed, is fully repairable, and uses a buckle strap instead of velcro.

Q: What size would you recommend for a 7.5 shoe size?

So I am mainly a 7 in shoes, with the occasional need for a 7.5 depending on the shoe and the brand. I got the 7 in Chaco and they fit perfectly! If you’re mainly a 7.5 then I’d size up to the 8.

Q: I received my Chacos but the problem is that 2 of the straps are stuck and I cannot get them to move, so I can’t adjust.Does anyone know how fix this?

Same here, 1 sandle is perfect and the other the straps don t move. Is that common????? Should I order another pair or are they fixable?

I wear 38 in birks. And I got an 8 for chacos! Great fit. You're probably spot on!
