I needed to replace this cap and blow off valve for my hydraulic tank on my dump trailer. Several weeks ago when lowering the dump trailer it blew up shooting hydraulic fluid all over the place. Luckily it didn't strip the tank or blow up the tank and it was just this release cap that broke. After ordering it it arrived in just a few days, and installing it was super simple. It just threads onto the tank and you're good to go. I've had a couple of dump loads, and it's had no problems after that.
