Once the plug was changed (sub 10minutes) to a UK spec item this product has ben indispensable on our three week motorcycle tour to Morocco.With a plug in adapter for the UK plug we had the versatility to use the ferry cabin power points and then all the power points in Spain and Morocco at our chosen destinations. We typically used a stainless steel flask to heat the water for two mugs. It boiled water swiftly and had proved super reliable throughout the trip. It is easily packed, small and light enough to carry easily.As others have mentioned it has saved a fortune and provided hot drinks in accommodation where a kettle is not provided and they want you to used paid facilities elsewhere on the premises.

Stopped working after about 10 mins and all instructions are in Chinese.

I needed something to heart up water in a fuel tank to clean it and thought I would try this itemIt actually works very well and when not in water it glows red hot!From a safety perspective, it is kind of like holding a kettle element by the handle, you wouldn't want to not be concentrating however I see it now different than holding an angle grinder. It is on when you plug it in as there is no independent switchCertainly did the job for me and it was a good price

Very easy to use and carry around. It heats my cup of water in no time so that I can have a cup of tea easily during my lunch break. It cools down easily as well so that I can store it away before my break ends. Very handy.

Bought this to take to Turkey as I’d found out no kettles in the room of our hotel. Very pleased with it , it boils in no time at all , the only thing I hadn’t realised it wasn’t an English plug , but got round that with a multi function adapter, hadn’t realised the two pins were what America have

It has no off function, if left on and unattended can cause a fire

I haven’t actually used this yet, but had similar before and find them very useful whilst on holiday in Europe. Just wish they would provide instructions in English.
