Dear Anthony, We do have both English and Japanese certificate. There is a website that you can use the cattle ID to verify the authenticity.

Q: So is this a 1.25 lb. piece of steak that you can cut multiple steaks out of ?

Its 1 but could be cut into 2 strips! But personal opinion not worth the proce tastes like hamburger.
