I had this prescribed originally in powder form. It was infused with some orange taste but not very pleasant. The main problem was that it left a lot or residue inside the glass. The tablet although technically smaller strength is very pleasant to chew and highly preferable.

I find these gently effective and far easier as I find the sachets that come on prescription disgusting. You chew these and they taste absolutely fine - an easy solution to the problem. I find them a little expensive - seemingly too expensive for NHS to put on prescription - but still better than a messy drink that becomes gloopy if you leave it a few seconds too late.

Arrived early works well taste is ok too. They gently relieve you of constipation.

i take one to two fybogel sachets in water every day, but this is messy when away because the residue in the cup or glass solidifies quickly and needs to be washed up immediately. However these tablets are easy to take as they require no water and can be carried in a small container with your luggage or in your handbag. They are also quite pleasant to chew.
