I live in NYC and bought this backpack for travel, to walk in the city, and for my commute on the train. This backpack looks nice & stylish, but I find it really uncomfortable. It also doesn't hold as much as I expected. Previous to this, I had a backpack with padded straps and the whole thing just fit more comfortably (but it wasn't stylish!). Unfortunately, this one hurts my shoulders and neck after walking in the city, through airports, or even just for my commute to and from work. I'm also a petite 5'1" and have tightened the straps as tight as possible, but the straps are too long. Despite tightening them, there is a gap still so the pack doesn't lie flat on my back - it kind of hangs (which is likely causing the pain). I had my eye on this bag for a long time and finally bit the bullet as it's more than I had ever paid for a backpack. I'm a bit conflicted as I wanted to love it.

Too expensive for the quality of the product. Fossil was known for its quality, but this backpack sucks, the straps are thin and cannot carry a laptop or it’ll rip the straps

Amazing quality like all fossil items, however this back pack is very large! I wish it was a little shorter in length.

Color, construction and quality of the backpack is great. The zipper is very good quality. A little bigger than I expected but I am happy with the purchase.
