I soaked mine for 24 hrs in spring water. Put it in my blender and only broke it up into smaller pieces. I didn’t have much toilet time but OMG the mucus that was coming out of my mouth. I would advise you not to eat before drinking or eating the flower. I HATE PUKING so after a while, I laid on my left side to stop it. (I didn’t finish the process) but I did feel better. I am buying it again but this time I am going to ride it out till the end. I need a full system reset. 6-8 hrs of feeling like you are about to DIE, will be well worth in in the end.

Do not buy this. I followed the instructions researched it before hand. I does not work, I was expecting to detox my body absolutely nothing happened. Waste of money

Have a bucket on stand by nd be close by the toilet I didn't hve to do number 2 it just water nd fluids jets coming out both holes

This was an awesome cleanse. I fasted for three days before i took it. It took about 2 hours to fully kick in and it did kick in. I was on and off the toilet for 7 1/2 hours. My butt was burning at the end and I had a garbage in my hand because both ends are going to be busy ok. I felt very light at the end. I saw a few parasites. Afterwards I rehydrated with real coconut water and I ate fruits the day after that. Within the first week after that dreams are vivid and in multitude I had 3 completely different dreams within the same night. I also experienced a few moments of crying. I didn't see that it's also a spiritual cleanse so past grief of losing my parents came flooding out. This was an awesome purchase for me just what I needed ❤️💛💚

Not as volatile

It did not work, i followed the instructions and nothing happened. The color was brown i let it sit for at least 3 hours. It had no taste which is awesome for me i was able to drink it all in one sitting. 1 came in the bag, and the quality was ok. I spent about $33 and nothing happened.

Threw up 3, 4 times pooped 2 or 3 times... I was surprised I guess I live kinda right. I don't eat pork or beef so maybe that's why it wasn't as horrible... stomach did feel off the next day and it feels like your going through the fluid you feel weird the hold time. It taste like your eating a Bear aspirin and ear wax not delicious. I just held my nose not to taste much.

The effectiveness was average considering all the reviews and vlogs I watched preparing for this cleanse. I was not satisfied with the level of release I accomplished. I feel like I could have achieved similar results with epsom salts.
