My knee pain went away maybe from the time I started using this product I also do resistance training so I believe this is working or both of them are helping in reduce. use couple of bottles then see whether to continue

High quality water soluble marine collagen. I dissolve it in amla tea. (Indian gooseberry) and forcefully remember to sip daily!
