I love this product easy to use and to clean after every use! And helps so much to open my lung and nasals.

Great value for money! Very sturdy and high quality item. Helps to get over your cold in no time! You are not supposed to put your face on the mask. I think temperature level is perfect and super easy to use and clean!

I am pretty happy with the Beurer Steam Inhaler! The hot steam production is good and felt nice on my face. The unit is very lightweight, smaller than I expected, easy to use, easy to assemble. I think the value was fair. The steam worked well for me and I am happy with this purchase. The only issue I have (that was possibly disclosed and I missed it) was it says “Rite Aid” on the front, not Beurer, so I’m guessing when Rite Aid went out of business someone bought these up and resold them, maybe. If I were going to shop for this type of item again, I would also have paid more attention to the amount of liquid that the machine holds as this machine only holds 40ml which is about a 1/4 cup, if that.

So I had sinus pressure to the point where nothing was clearing and my nose and ears were clogged for days. Desperate I ordered this, and it has been my saving grace the last few days. People who said it took too long to heat? Shut the valve until it boils and then open. It's literally like a little pot inside the base with a funnel on it. Works great, takes about 3 mins to heat. Again, like taking a lid off the pot, want more steam shut again for a minute. Yes, you can burn yourself if you slosh water out because it's boiling water inside. Leave on the counter and you'll be fine! There's a slider to adjust how much steam comes out. Slide to close more or pull your face back to reach the deserved heat level. I've been using multiple times a day for days, and if you aren't stupid about boiling water in a device, this is fantastic for price. Follow these pieces and it'll be a dream to clear your face. I describe as basically putting your face over a boiling pot of water, with just a LITTLE control of the steam and you don't burn your face on a pot. Worked well for a desperate clogged nose, I'd tried everything else. Hope that helps!

I purchased this item after doing a lot of research in regards to steam inhalers and nebulizers. I settled on this product because I don't necessarily need to go ahead and purchase medication in order to utilize this device. It's very easy to use, you just fill the compartment with water, plug it in and once it heats up you're ready to inhale. This product is versatile as it's helped me clear out a lot of congestion while sick as well as helped with stress. You can get specific things to put in The chamber while you're inhaling to make it relaxing or to help alleviate that congestion. The heating time is extremely quick I didn't notice any odor when utilizing this product and as long as you're careful I don't think the heat is a problem if anything you want that heat so that you get a good amount of steam when inhaling. This product is a pretty manageable size that you can either store or if you want you can place on your bathroom counter.

What I liked about this steamer is that it has a steel plate for the water which heats up. This doesn't require you to use distilled water. However, after just 3 uses, the plate fell into the cavity with the heating element during steaming and the hot water spilled out of the bottom and burned my kid. It's out of the return window and I'm stuck with a dangerous piece of junk.

Uncomfortable to use. It is easy to set up, clean and it does help. However, it has to be used on a flat service or boiling water with come out. I don't mind that but I have neck and back issues. Leaning forward, bending my neck to get the steam causes me a lot of pain.

I use this for my allergies. This helps relive sinus congestion. The secondary gain the steam is nice for your facial skin . EZ to use
