Do you refill the keratin conditioner? Doesn’t it run out after a certain number of times?

So I bought it for my girlfriend so I don’t really know much about it but from what I understand the infusion of those minerals aren’t actually being absorbed into your hair, instead they are protecting your hair from whatever a damage a regular straightener would cause.
