I only used it to boil water for large quantities of tea/coffee and it developed weird spots on the bottom-inside, that I can't remove using a sponge and dishwash soap so it means I probably have to use something more abrasive and scratch up the inside just to "try" to get rid of the spots.

Very good and exactly what I was looking for. The Tpan shape works very well for me for daily tea / milk and boiling drinking water. Vessel has good amount of SS thickness and weight, and yet usable by 1 hand. Handle looks well rivited.. the opening to pour the liquid is cut well and liquid pours out without spilling from any direction of the rim. (Not may bowls can do that neatly). Retain heat and warms of water for long Very satisfying to use it everyday, and so I took the time to post this review :) .. hopefully it lasts long!
