These might be the sharpest knives I’ve ever used. They cut through steak so easily, when we first used them we looked at each other and said the same thing—“This might be the sharpest knife I've ever used.” Expensive but high quality. We have some of the kitchen knives as well and they stay sharp longer than our other, lesser, knives. Pretty nice, recommended.

Excellent! Definitely rusts easily but love the sharpness. Take care and wash by hand.

I love Hexclad knives. The color is beautiful, they clean easy and are sharp. It’s amazing how well good knives cut. They have not rusted. They stick to the back of the Hexclad knife block with the rest of the set!

Love the pots and pans, the knives are same great quality. They look well made and so far the edge stays super sharp. The saying "You get what you pay for" is so true. A little pricey but the quality is worth it

Everything about these knives is top notch. The look, the feel, and of course the edge. Replaced a set of steak knives that paled in comparison. Need to get 4 more. Always get compliments when we use these.

These are the prettiest and sharpest steak knives we’ve ever had. They came with cardboard sleeves, so after using them, I thought it would be a good idea to slide them back into the sleeve, which was how I gently slid the knife across my finger tip. I didn’t even realize I was cut until I saw the blood. That’s how sharp these are, so be careful. You don’t have to saw back and forth like you would with serrated knives. Just glide it over the meat and you will be amazed. Probably a better idea is to choose a different storage method than cardboard sleeves. Well worth whatever they cost, as you’ll never need another set of steak knives.

These knives are super sharp right out of the box. They have a nice weight that feels good in my hands. The green pakkawood handles are absolutely beautiful. I have the original base set so these steak knives make it complete. They come nicely packaged and I couldn't be happier.
