Buy a pack of m3 fine thread screws with this
The connectors seem to be of acceptable quality. I like the fact that short jumpers were included. For the price I could not source individual parts at a lower cost. The fasteners used to hold the ethercon jacks however (on mine anyway) are terrible. They were crossthreaded out of the box resulting in the jack pushing through the panel. This condition existed out of the box. I have replaced all of the screws with m3's and so far so good.
