Broke in a few months. Just stopped receiving power
Unit no longer powers on. Cord is fine. There is current going thru the cord to the unit. Its just dead. Thanks so much for this "refurbished" product I now have no warranty on. NEVER BUY USED.

Leaking after only one month! Junk!!
It would be zero stars if possible. I bought the refurbished unit from Amazon, which I was assured was inspected and tested, only to have the unit leak profusely. It worked for as long as my return window was open. As soon as that expired, the unit proceeded to discharge an entire 5 gallon bottle of water onto my new kitchen floor! Leak is not from a damaged hose, rather the onboard storage tank itself is leaking. Not happy about returning home only to find a mess and wasted $. I doubt if this was ever inspected and I was sold junk. I will never buy anything refurbished from Amazon again!

Bad customer service
After 8 months, the Honeywell water dispenser stopped working. I have been calling their customer support number for more than a month now but no one is answering! No one is replying on their emails either! Do not buy this. They don’t provide product support. So now I have this water dispenser that does not work!!!
