the pills work ok make asleep, not to much secondary effects. the detail this is not the same as the normal components this is just for sleep and not for allergy i can tell because i have the same mg in pink normal for allergies and cut the allergy but if somebody pretend to take this having an allergy is not help like that so remember this is for sleeping only not for allergy i make the test with me (i have lots of allergies and the one for allergy is for that and this is for sleeping), the size easy to take for traveling.

I take these because I can’t get my mind to shut off to be able to sleep at night . Works great! This is a great value . I used to pay 7 dollars for 48 pills .

Works and it’s cheap!
They can last you a whole year or two. They definitely work but I would suggest to take one a night rather than the recommended two. Honestly, it depended on the day for me—sometimes one worked and sometimes even two didn’t work. For the quality of sleep, there were definitely nights where I got a good deep sleep and others when I definitely didn’t feel the best when I woke up, however there was more good than bad. They left me waking up feeling parched but at least I woke up feeling rested with my 8 hours of sleep!

Perfect for mamas! Helps you fall back asleep easily
I have 2 toddlers and motherhood made me not sleep very well. They still wake up at night and I’m not able to fall back asleep or I just have some insomnia if I hear any noise. Melatonin makes me super drowsy all night and all the next day so I always hated it. BUT this, it’s perfect. Makes you drowsy all night, but not excessively, just feels like that natural sleepy drowsiness so when I have to put my kids back in bed I can easily lay in bed and fall asleep immediately instead of rolling around for hours! And in the morning there’s so lingering sleepiness.
