Safety bar handles
Came apart on my first shower. I do not trust their security. I bought a tub chair instead. My son had to catch me or I would have gone down. I want a refund but don't know how to go about getting one. Please advise.

Does NOT stay in place!
Purchased, cleaned shower walls as instructed. Attached to walls. left the bathroom and heard a loud bang. Went to check and it had fallen off the shower wall. Don't trust these to help stabilize a loved one. Could cause injury!

Not Safe
Not safe, we cleaned the mounting area and wiped it off with alcohol to make sure there was no dirt or residue. It stuck on good when mounted. Then one came loose while being used, the other fell off the wall in the middle of the night.
