I intend to use this on a boat gel coat. Is it appropriate and what pad is required.bottle says p3000 but description states no need for p3000.

Hi, this product is suitable for boat gel coat you can use it easily.You do not have to use p3000 or 2500.G360 Super Fast Compund can remove scratches and P1500 sanding marks.Don't wory about it. You may use a compounding foam pad to eliminate all holograms and remove swirl marks.Then, if the surface is dark you may use this compound with softer finishing foam pad to remove any remaining swirls and enhance the gloss level.
