This review is for " Universal Garage Door Seal 6m, Multipurpose Garage Door Rubber Seal Strip, Garage Door Bottom Seal Strip Weather Stripping with Nails.: I used it on the bottom of my steel up and over door. Installation was easy. I cleaned the surface first with soap and water, then with white spirits. The adhesive held firmly. But I knew that no adhesive would be able to withstand the applied force when the door was opening. So I used self-drilling screws with washers, spacing them about 150mm apart, and doubling them at each end. After resetting the door opener (to allow it to adjust to the increased opening force), it worked flawlessly. I used brush-bristle seal on the sides and top. Drafts are eliminated, even on the windiest days!

Tried this for the bottom of my up and over garage door, it was straightforward to put and it creates a nice good seal. Since putting it on the door I've not had any leaves or dust get into the garage, the downside is that it does now require a good tug to open the door now and the seal I've created is so good, but the adhesive appears to holding strong so far.

Double sided doesn’t hold. Had to pop rivet to back edge of garage door - 4mm rivets x 12mm, m4 washers to prevent pulling through the rubber, needed 16 across a single garage door!

Really flexible and sticks well to pre cleaned surface. Really happy with result and purchase.

Reasonably easy to fit the weather seal but prep is important and the area cleaned with metholated spirit to remove any grease and as you apply a handy tool I found most handy was a slevage roller which used for wall paper edge and a hair drier helps to improve adhesion to the area where seal is to be fitted it looks well since I bought this garage door seal dispite carrying out all the prep, today I had problem with 3M double sided tape and had to refit the door seal and go over the seal firmly pressing it unto the door slot of the roller and use the hair dryer again I felt that the 3M double sided tape isn't strong enough to hold the rubber seal but this is my own opinion so disappointing very impressive seal but lacking of the 3M double sided tape I might have to consider buying a heavy duty double sided tape

Saw this to fill the gap we have in between our garage doors and the floor as the leaves keep coming in with the wind. The application was supper easy and I was pleasantly surprised with the sticking power it has. Overall a great result and completely served our purposes. Recommend it.

Easy to fit. Seals the door to a degree but still let's in water.

La use para ponerla encima de la goma garaje quedaba algo de hueco y entraba agus. Parece ser que shora no cy la he pegado en goma y slgo de chapa. Way

Je l ai installé devant la porte du garage…à bien colle…juste ajouter 4 clous béton car c est goudronné…j’attends la pluie pour voir si c est ok…ce sera la surprise?
