It comes with a dropper, packed in its own envelope inside the box, so pay attention. It is super concentrated. I compared this brand (Lugols Originals) to other nascent liquids, and Lugols was the strongest, which means I use fewer drops and so in the end, Lugols Originals costs less per dose. The term 'nascent' means that the product is 'elemental' iodine ... the most pure form. Iodine that is not labeled nascent is generally bound in a molecular form (not elemental). Google tells me that the nascent form of iodine is used by the body more efficiently, but also costs a little more.

After using for a week I feel stronger, sharper and less fatigue.Great thyroid support.My thinking actually became sharper. I LOVE this product!I used one drop per da under my tongue or in a beverage.

This is a great health product. It is really providing me with more energy. I have been sick and it's a great help. It's extremely potent and would only use this particular brand while sick, but I love it.

Fake. On the Lugol’s website, the bottle is brown as is pictured on this listing. Looked at and purchased various bottles of lugol’s and nascent iodine and never has it been sold in a clear bottle. The label’s poor pixelated reproduction became obvious with the camera zoom needed when I couldn’t make out the detail. The bottle was a clear giveaway this iodine is not only fake but currently (2/2022) severely overpriced compared to the Lugol’s site. ‘Amazon’s choice’ is not at all trustworthy.
