Gute Balanceübungen zum Abschalten nach einem langen Arbeitstag, und man kann sich trotz der 'einfachen' Landschaft nie ganz sicher sein, ob man nicht doch abstürzt. Also Konzentration! Nachtrag 26.09.2023: Habe mir noch einen Satz der Flußsteine nachbestellt. Es gibt viele Reha- und Therapiegeräte, aber die Flußsteine gehören zu meinen Favoriten. Sie sind perfekt für ein langsames vorsichtiges Zurückarbeiten zum normalen Gehen, wenn der Bewegungsapparat etwas abbekommen hat. Und wenn man dem Therapeuten-Standardprgr mißtraut, denn jeder Heilungsprozeß verläuft eben anders.
