This helmet colour is matte right?

Hi Sai, The color is matte. Hope you could enjoy it. Besttravel

What to do if the tightening and loosing dual stops working?

This is a good question. I would reach out thru the original brand seller and/or see if there’s a way to return it and report the product defects to the seller in that manner. Outside of trying to fix it yourself there’s no further insight I’ve had on this issue:/
