I dont mind admitting that I wasn't expecting much... BUT... blimey was I surprised!! This feels JUST LIKE a real hands on massage, it gets nice and warm too and the circles go one way and then the other which is awesome.Yes it is a bit heavy and cumbersome but thats good because you don't have to pull down on the arms (which I was worried about as I didnt think that was very relaxing). The arms are a little short for me, I'm 5ft 9, but once I sat down in an armchair and could rest my elbows it was fine. The machine nicely rested on the top of the chair too which was a bonus.It makes a bit of a noise, expected as its machinery, but I actually found it pretty soothing.Seriously temped to buy another one so I can have one at work and one at home.Going to save me a fortune in massages... also found its awesome for my lower back.SERIOUSLY HAPPY!

I don't usually write a review. But I had to for this product. It arrived the next day. Fantastic service. My neck and shoulders have been in agony from tension and driving and just daily life in general at the moment. I have just got up from using this for 20 minutes and the relief is unreal. I can fully turn my neck without wincing with pain. Now it is a little uncomfortable when it kneds in but the relief is worth it. You would wince the same with a deep tissue massage. So beyong thankful for this purchase. And looks so expensive in the leather look finish. Don't hesitate to buy 👌

Event though this product is a generic Chinese white label item, the quality and effectiveness are undeniable.The unit feels sturdy, decent quality and does everything as advertised.It would be nicer if the arms were longer and more adjustable as for taller/bigger people, it might not be long enough to be comfortable .The massaging functions are pleasant, however a bit more padding between the motorised massager and your body would be nicer. I wouldn’t recommend this for people who are sensitive to strong massages, it does indeed kneed your skin like dough at points lol

It's a bit heavier than i expected, however it is very simple to use and will reach everywhere you need it to. The reason i gave it 4 stars on "easy to use" is because trying to get it in the right spot on your back takes a bit of getting used to as it's quite bulky (but i guess i would expect it to be for it to do what it needs to do...) Once you get it right though, it's wonderful! Working a stressful job, it is great to come home and just relax while watching TV with this thing working the tension out of my neck and shoulders. Also my Mrs has a lot of back pain so she likes to lie down face first and get me to place it on her back. It really helps especially since lock down has prevented her from seeing her masseuse(sp)! I think this is definitely worth the money, especially as i don't like strangers touching me so i wouldn't go to a massuse(sp) even when i was allowed to. This comes everywhere with us so i highly recommend that if you are into massage that you invest in this bad boy.Oh and i just wanted to add that while looking for one of these, there are a gazillion different ones out there. We decided on this one because it was reasonably priced and it wasn't a wierd colour. It's black. Simple. Not different shades of browns & orange ect!

This massager is great, gets right in there and really relieves tension around the neck. Its quite hard to use anywhere else but I don't think it's intended to be. The only point I would say is that it doesn't get that warm, you can't really feel the heat through clothing.

I have had several neck massagers in the past, similar to this one. The problem is the positioning of the buttons. They are normally close to the end of the strap where your hands go and you can easily see/reach them. This one is up near the neck, and how the device sits on your back with the straps twisting around, it is like you have to reach up and behind the device to adjust the settings. Not fun when you’re in pain! The upside is, compared to others I have had, it is very substantial and has a strong/powerful motor and the mesh covering the massagers themselves is holding up very well.

Don’t normally leave reviews but I had to share my thoughts on this. After suffering daily with discomfort from knots and aching muscles in my back, shoulders and neck. This is amazing at reliving the aches. I use it on my sofa so I can lean against it to provide the right pressure at the right points. The heat function is nice too. I’m using it daily at the end of the day and it means by the time I go to bed my muscles are all relaxed.

I was a little apprehensive of this product as I didn't see how it could be any good for the price, considering some in the same category cost upwards of 100 pounds, but this massager honestly surprised me.Now, it isn't without its faults. The power cord is rather short, I could see this being an issue for a lot of users and the material between your skin and the massagers is slightly rough when you reposition it. That said, those are the only faults I can find.The buttons are easy to use, the product looks and feels expensive. I have noticed people complaining about the weight however... I am certainly not strong and barely noticed the weight. Though the motors do make a noise, it is not intrusive or annoying. The warmth is subtle but pleasant (plus can be turned off if you don't need it!) and the timer is more than long enough. Definitely something I would recommend to anyone who, like me, suffers with nagging aches and pains from poor posture and mild spinal issues.

Purchased as a gift for my mother who has neck and back pain from arthritis and she loves it. She’s also used it in her thigh to help with sciatica pain and says it really does help.

Le produit est conforme à la description. Les finitions sont un peu "cheap", mais au vu du prix, cela me semble cohérent. Le massage est efficace, placer un drap fin entre la nuque et le dispositif offre plus de confort.

Bereits seit Jahren kämpfe ich mit chronischen Rückenschmerzen und als ich durch Zufall auf dieses Produkt gestoßen bin, hatte ich zwar wenig Hoffnung auf Linderung, wurde aber von den positiven Rezensionen überzeugt. Also habe ich das Gerät Kurzerhand gekauft und war überwältigt. Klar sind meine Rückenschmerzen nicht weg, aber die tägliche Verwendung dieses Gerätes macht den Alltag deutlich angenehmer. Ich bin begeistert und kann es wirklich jedem empfehlen, der sich mit Rückenschmerzen plagt oder einfach etwas Entspannung möchte.
