For the first time a youth xl is way too big for my daughter. This is more like a youth xxl for waist size 16-18 is my guess. My daughter is 100lbs wears 12 plus or 14 regular. I can’t complain at all because the pants looks durable and good quality. I’m just keeping it because she will eventually need this size in about a year or so. Just remember order a size down from your child’s normal current size

My daughter loved these pants. She is very picky with softball pants and was very happy with these. They fit well and have held up for months.

I think these will be great pants when my daughter grows into them. I went by the size chart provided, but they are at least a while size too big, especially around the waist. I thought we could make them work with a belt, but can’t tighten it enough to keep them up. They seem to be a great quality though, so I’m keeping them for next year.

I bought these for my freshman daughter, they fit very nicely (she's slender so I was afraid they would be too big), very comfortable, thick enough that you can't see under clothing, does not pinch - elastics are loose enough to be comfortable, tight enough to hold in place.

Bought for my daughter for softball. She never complained they itched, or didn't fit, or were too tight.

The quality is just like the medium pair my daughter already has, and those have held up for 2 softball seasons already. I wanted to go ahead and get her a bigger size for when she needs it, but the large is HUGE on her. Its like 2 mediums put together. I have no idea why it’s so much bigger than the medium. Maybe the one I got is mislabeled.

Bought two pairs. Fits my daughter wonderfully and has held up all season.
