Of course it is helping me because it replaced my broken charger.

We lost our charger on a trip and needed a replacement fast. This was delivered within two days on Prime and it works great.

Got nervous after reading other reviews, but this worked perfectly for my toothbrush. I did not encounter any of the issues that others did.

I bought this to charge my oralB toothbrush, since my older charger broke. This being half the price of many alternatives I chose to give this one a try. It does what it's supposed to and charges my toothbrush. The only issue is that my toothbrush only shows party charged consistently and never fully charges. Besides that it's great!

just the thing to use for a long trip with my oral-B brush to make sure it never runs low on power. easy to pack up , easy to use, this is something that oral-b should include by default but i'm glad i found it.

I haven't used this yet. I give it 4 stars because there is no voltage designation on the Unit. There is on the box though (100-240 or something like that). If you look closely at the very accurate photos this can also be seen. In July 2017, I will be using this in the U.S., Italy and on the European sailing vessel "Royal Clipper" (220 only). You can be sure if I have any problems at all I will update this. So, if you are reading this past July 2017, rest assure I had no problems with it initially anyway.Edit: During initial use I observed this charger gets much hotter than the original 3757 and the toothbrush (battery) gets much hotter than the original 3757 on 110V. I will still bring it to Europe and hope it won't burn the cruise ship down. Both the toothbrush and the original 3757 charger are brand new as well.
