This pan was a great improvement on a previous one that I bought that scratched within minutes of proper use. This skillet is so sturdy, good strong handle, with a quality finish and it cooks food nice and evenly on a lower heat than traditional frying pans. It's so easy to clean and I feel like the finish locks in the flavours more with no horrible smoking as with some other pans. Really pleased with this purchase and it also looks stylish in your kitchen.

Absolutely love this skillet! It’s beautifully crafted - looks like granite pan. Absolutely a breeze to clean. Nothing sticks. Heats evenly and quickly using medium heat (gas burner) Love the clear lid and the lid handle and skillet handle look like wood but they are not - they’re beautiful. I can’t describe the metal bottom design but I’m sure it’s why the skillet heats quickly and evenly. Besides making perfect soft scrambled eggs, omelets and over easy eggs. It makes beautiful browned crispy grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas. I’ve even made grilled ham and cheese sandwiches on sourdough bread with grated pecorino Romano cheese on the outside of the bread and they come out perfect. The quality is superior and equivalent to my much more expensive cookware.

Me encanta esta sarten. Muy antiaderente, no se ralla con facilidad como las de teflón y conserva sus propiedades durante mucho tiempo. Fácil de limpiar y alcanza la temperatura rápido. Además es ligera y fácil de manipular. El mango es plástico, no es madera.

There is nothing to dislike about these pans, the heat conduction is brilliant so can turn it down lower for nice even cooking. I like the lids always helpful fit tightly and allow to cook on an even lower heat again. I have several of these pans, my son used them while he was at home and loved them. Now he’s moved out I’m buying this large lidded pan for him as I know he will appreciate it. Also not too heavy, and a dream to clean.
