Not the quality expected for the price
I paid premium price for what I thought I was getting a premium product made by Comfilife for my car seat which is causing me problems driving. I ordered a back cushion at the same time but this came from a different seller and arrived much later than this one so I wasn't able to compare them until a few days ago. The back cushion is better quality. This one was UNBRANDED ( see photograph - unlike the advertised article which is branded) so I am not even sure this is the genuine article.It arrived wrapped in clingfilm and not in a branded box like the other cushion. This one very quickly squashes down and provides little support and is obviously substandard. I do not believe this is genuine article. I will be submitting a complaint to the seller. But I think I have been ripped off.Addendum. I tried to get a return. I got a label that won't work that is to an address in China not UK and requires postage to be added. I will be putting in a complaint to Amazon as well. I have reduced my rating. The seller has refunded me in full.

You're Using it Wrong!
Excellent comfort and support, relieving stress on the tailbone, if you sit on it properly. The gap is supposed to be UNDER your tailbone, not to the front. I realize it's counterintuitive, because the logo is backwards on the product, but that opening is designed to prevent any pressure on your tender tailbone, by elevating your posterior. If you don't need tailbone relief, you can turn it the other way, sure. Very washable, cleaning the zip-off cover in a gentle cycle, let it air dry and it comes out great. Highly recommend for dialysis patients, who must remain seated for 4 hours. I've had one of these for years, but bought another for my couch, and they retain their shape, remain thick and look great!
